1. Organiser
GRUPO PADEL XXI, S.L. (hereinafter, SIUX), holder of Tax Identification Code B73767261, with registered office at the address Polígono Industrial Oeste, Calle Venezuela, Parcela 1, Alcantarilla, Murcia, and contact email address contacto@siuxpadel.com, is the organizer of this Prize Draw (hereinafter, the Prize Draw), to be governed in accordance with these terms & conditions (hereinafter, the Conditions)
Participation in the Prize Draw entails acceptance of these Conditions, and as a result, any declaration of non-acceptance of all or any of the Conditions presupposes exclusion of the participant from the Prize Draw, SIUX being released from fulfilment of the obligations entered into with that participant.
2. Scope of application
The territorial scope of the Prize Draw will be the 2022 Copenhagen Open.
3. Duration of the Prize Draw
The Prize Draw will take place on Saturday 21 May 2021.
4. Participation requirements
In order to take part in the Prize Draw, participants must fulfil the following requirements:
– Be aged over 18.
– Formalise participation in the Prize Draw in accordance with the terms established in Clause Five of these Conditions.
– Comply with any other obligation established in these Conditions.
5. Formalisation of participation
Any users wishing to participate in the Prize Draw must register via the forms established on our website, www.siuxpadel.com (hereinafter, the Website), the above being the sole valid and accepted form of registration and participation in the Prize Draw.
In order to be able to formalise registration, users must indicate their contact details and email address in the corresponding subsection. Users must mark the checkbox in acceptance of these Conditions. Users will at the same time declare that they have read and been informed of the purposes and processing of their personal data by SIUX.
Participation in the Prize Draw is confined to one registration per person via one single email address.
6. Prize
The prize in the Prize Draw will be a Siux Electra ST1 racket, valued at €299, including VAT. Hereinafter, the Prize.
SIUX reserves the right, if objective grounds for this exist, to replace the aforementioned Prize with another of similar or greater value and specifications.
7. Selection of the winner
The Prize Draw will have one (1) winner. The winner will be notified on the draw date itself, Saturday 21 May 2021, via the email address indicated upon registration.
The Prize will be assigned to the participant that fulfils the requirements established in these Conditions and is deemed the winner of the Prize Draw. The winner will be designated from among all participants validly registered for the Prize Draw in accordance with the Conditions.
The winner of the Prize Draw may under no circumstances request any replacement, modification or compensation for the Prize. The marketing, sale, resale of the Prize or any other equivalent mechanism is forbidden.
The winner will be chosen at random via the Easypromos platform. This is a platform guaranteeing transparency of the result of the prize draw, demonstrated by issuance of a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which cannot be altered by the organiser of the Prize Draw, and that any participating user may request of the organiser.
8. Notification of the winner and handover of the Prize
The winner will be informed via the email address entered in the registration forms. In the email SIUX will inform the Winner of how the Prize is to be collected at the SIUX stand.
If the winner cannot travel to the stand to collect the Prize, SIUX will request the information required to send the Prize to any address that the Winner may wish. If it is not possible to send the Prize, SIUX reserves the right in all cases to abandon or repeat the Prize Draw.
9. Reservation of rights
SIUX furthermore reserves the right to modify or extend these Conditions, provided that this would not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants.
SIUX reserves the right to exclude any participants that breach the rules established in these Conditions, or behave in a manner that would jeopardise the image and/or be to the detriment of SIUX.
10. Waiver of liabilities
By way of example, without being confined thereto, SIUX declines all liability for any act or behaviour attributable to third parties that may give rise to delays, loss or any other circumstance affecting the proper course of the Prize Draw.
11. Personal data protection
Registration and participation in the Prize Draw entail authorising SIUX to process your personal data. As a result, In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (the GDPR) and Spanish Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights Act 3/2018, of 5 December 2018 (the Spanish Data Protection Act), we inform you of the following:

Legal basis and purpose: The legal basis will depend on the specific purpose of the processing of personal data:
1. Allow the proper administration, development and oversight of the Prize Draw, including the sending of confirmation communications to the participants and to the winner in order to proceed to hand over the Prize.
The legitimate basis for the aforementioned processing will be consent under Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR, as granted by the participant in the Prize Draw registration form.
2. Sending of commercial, informative or courtesy communications by email by the Data Controller.

The Data Controller will, in accordance with its commitment to user transparency, indicate the aforementioned purposes when consent is granted via a first layer of information.

Exercise of rights: Any participant will enjoy the following rights: (i) to withdraw consent at any time; (ii) access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and restriction of or objection to the processing thereof; (ii) to file a grievance with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force
12. Applicable Law and Courts
In the event of any dispute arising with regard to the validity, efficacy, interpretation and enforcement of this Prize Draw, the participants waive their own legal forum and explicitly accept the jurisdiction and authority of the Courts of Murcia.
